Tips on how to use the payment calculator:

 

1. Enter the number of payments. ( 30 years enter 360, 15 yrs -180, etc. )

2. Enter an interest rate .i.e 6.875. You do not have to enter the "%" sign.

3. Enter the amount of the loan i.e. 150,000.

4. Now push compute.

Note: You will need to round the payment cents to two places.
